1. Our approach
We want professional lighting information to be usable on different devices and with different access needs. The current site includes labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, headings, a skip link and responsive layouts. This is a description of design measures, not a declaration of certified compliance with WCAG or any particular accessibility law.
2. Film and movement
The homepage film starts muted where the browser permits autoplay. “Pause film” stops playback, “Sound on” enables music and “Watch full film” opens a player with its own controls. You can read the core service, sector and product information without watching the film.
A separate accessible transcript or audio description of the promotional film has not yet been provided. Information conveyed only visually may therefore not be available to every visitor. Tell us what information you need and we can discuss an alternative format.
3. Known limitations
JavaScript is needed for the interactive project-brief review, copy and download functions, catalogue filters and dialogs. Main content and navigation remain available without it. The external FormSubmit sending step may introduce a spam challenge or accessibility difficulty outside this site’s interface; email is available as an alternative.
Legacy manufacturer PDFs may not be fully tagged or accessible. The site has not undergone a complete independent audit with assistive technologies, all browser zoom levels or all mobile devices. The current video layout reflects the owner’s reviewed preference; this is not a guarantee of identical rendering on every device.
4. Request help or report a barrier
Email info@ledlightsolutions.online with the page, the task you were trying to complete and the format or assistance you need. Device, browser or assistive-technology details can help but are optional. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We will review the request and discuss a practical alternative. Accessibility obligations for any future checkout, customer account or digital service will be assessed before that functionality is introduced.
